How The Money Works

Member dues fund the program. The program funds the churches. The churches serve the zone.

Church Restricted Funds

Directory Money (KES 25,000 / $1,200) must be spent in the directory monthly — the church reports where and how much, never what was bought. Outreach Money (KES 25,000 / $1,200) must be spent in the Promise Zone, and is held in the ACR Common Fund until released.

The Outreach Workflow

1. Church enters the zone. 2. Finds someone in need. 3. Contacts the ACR Common Fund designated person. 4. Reports what is needed and which address. 5. ACR verifies the address is inside the Promise Zone. 6. ACR checks the account balance. 7. If funds are available, ACR releases them. 8. If over budget, the request draws from the Overage Fund, first come first served.

Outreach Money is held in the ACR Common Fund and released on verified need. It is never paid to the church as cash.
